ISO 9001 Re certification and ISO 27001 surveilance

Because we have implemented ISO 9001 for three years, on 2 and 3 November 2020, the certification body, BSI has conducted recertification of ISO 9001. At the same time, BSI conducted a surveillance Audit for ISO 27001. As we have embedded quality management systems and information security systems in our daily policy and procedures, we are glad that BSI can recommend a new ISO 9001 certificate with no finding and only two opportunities for improvement (OFI). We can implement ISO 27001 very well with only one OFI and two minor findings which are very useful for improving.
In the end, we are very thankful to all clients that have trusted us and provided valuable feedback to us to keep continuously improving. We hope we can go through this new normal by keeping healthy and safe.
