ISO 9001 Surveillance

As part of our commitment to implement ISO 9001 and to improve customer satisfaction, on 7 September 2018 Mr Agung from BSI conducted a Surveillance. This resulted in less findings from the last audit showing that there has been an improvement. It has also provided some ideas to improve the service. With this result WPS, has proved that the quality management system ISO 9001 have been well-implemented. We would like to thank our clients who have responded to our "client satisfaction survey". This survey showed that 25% of our clients are satisfied and 75% are very satisfied with our services. We hope this feedback will help us to maintain the excellent service we provide to our clients.
