Obtaining ISO 9001:2015 Certification

In line with our goal to obtain the Quality Management System ISO 9001 in 2017, we are proud to announce that on 15th December 2017, we received an ISO 9001:2015 certificate from Mr. Agung Sumantri and Mr. Danang Gunarto, the auditors from the British Standards Institution (BSI).  The scope of certification we received is in the provision of Human Resources administration and Payroll services. In this scope, the auditors have checked our internal processes including how we worked with Lumen Software to provide a MyquantumHR integrated Payroll and Employees Self Services software for our clients.
In accordance to BSI's slogan of “make excellence a habit”, we see this ISO 9001 certification as a commitment for Widya Presisi Solusi to provide an excellent service not only for clients and employees of the client, but also to the stakeholders (including the Tax Office, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Tenaga Kerja). We commit in calculating, paying and reporting taxes on-time, accurately and ensuring confidentiality in our payroll process towards employees, the tax office and the BPJS Kesehatan & Tenaga kerja.
