Outing 2017 - Singapore 5-7 May 2017 - Learning from Clients and Games

Many thanks to Ms Dianne Lim, our client from Declout. We had the opportunity to learn from her experience, understand HR Practices in Singapore and how to serve clients even better. This was then followed by a dinner along with an internal evaluation - being grateful of what we have achieved and planning on what we can improve in the future.
The learning experience did not stop there. We believe in our corporate values deeply. This consists of being passionate to fulfill the client's needs, professionalism, having a positive attitude, team work and continuous learning. Hence, we conducted a team competition in a learning journey to strengthen these values, whilst exploring Singapore. Each team was challenged to work together to understand the instructions and clues, get out of their comfort zones in trying something new and accomplish a series of tasks in the game. Through this, everyone learnt to appreciate the importance of understanding instructions, how to deliver effective communication, and how to allocate tasks efficiently amongst them in order to achieve their goals. 
We return from this learning journey with renewed vigour to provide excellent payroll service for our clients. As we are passionate to fulfill the client's needs, we process payroll on time, accurately and keep information confidential.
